We aim to post your items within 1-2 business days after you have placed your order, however if we are processing a large volume of orders, there may be slight delays. We will notify you by email of any significant delays to your order.
Please note we are unable to ship orders on weekends and public holidays, so ensure you take this into account when making your purchase. You will be notified of your shipping cost at checkout when purchasing your item.
Flat Rate Shipping within New Zealand is $6.00 and free shipping on orders over $100. Please note this shipping is untracked.
Within Australia there is a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping (untracked). Shipping with tracking is $24.99
Shipping for the rest of the world is $25.00.
If you wish to return an item, it must be returned to our address, which will be given to you through email correspondence. If you choose not to pay extra for tracking with your purchase, we are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit. If we don't receive an item that you have shipped back to us, we ask that you contact the relevant courier or postal service you used to inquire about the delivery or make a complaint. We are not responsible in any way for items lost in transit, and are under no obligation to refund a lost item. We are aware that tracked shipping is expensive, however this is indicative of the NZ Post prices. We do not make any money off postage.
